We are delighted to share our experiences from CQLMNS 2023, the international workshop on the characterization and quantification of lithium, held in Paris on June 26th and 27th, 2023.
This event convened researchers, engineers, and students with an interest in the local characterization of the lithium element at both macro and nanoscales. Discussions spanned various solid environments, including mining, geology, glasses, batteries, and more.
TESCAN’s Involvement at CQLMNS 2023
At CQLMNS 2023, TESCAN was prominently involved. We delivered a 20-minute scientific talk titled "Surface and Subsurface Characterization of Lithium-Ion Battery Materials by FIB-SEM Based ToF-SIMS Technique." In this talk, we delved into the utilization of FIB-SEM based ToF-SIMS techniques, revealing insights pivotal to battery advancements.
Additionally, our 10-minute sponsor talk illuminated the topic of "Electron Microscopy Solutions for Comprehensive Characterization of Lithium-Ion Battery Materials."
